Booking form

STEP BY STEP it’s easy and quick

1. Fill out and submit our booking form (we are using safe encrypted SSL technology by THAWTE) or fax / mail your request, please.

2. In 24 hours you will get an answer with reservation (if the hotel of your choice is unavailable, you will be offered alternative hotel) and in case you do not want to use the credit card guarantee you will be asked for paying some deposit (usually an equivalent of one night). If you do not feel comfortable to use the booking form you can send the credit card details by mail or phone. The credit card details will be used only as a guarantee and you can cancel your order up to 7 days before departure without any fee (except the transaction fee in case of the deposit).

3. In 24 hrs you will get a confirmation of your booking and all details you need.

4. Payment will be accepted in Prague in hotel reception.
