How to make a reservation? You can make a reservation through our web site booking form, e-mail, phone or fax. We will process your require as fast as possible and will reply to you via e-mail or fax. Note that most of reservation offices are opened Mo–Fri 9am–17pm.
Which hotel will I be staying in? You can choose accommodation or fill your requests in booking form. Afterwards you will be sent an offer of accommodation and after your reservation you get the details.
How far will the hotel be from the centre of town? We try to use hotels and apartments in real city centre, it means no more than a 10–20 minutes walk to the Old Town Square. We will inform you straight away if the only hotels with availability are outside of that.
How can I pay for the accommodation? You can use your credit card or bank transfer as guarantee (usually the equivalent to one nights stay). The final cost you can pay in Prague. Only for groups, we require different deposit that depends on number of person.
What is it a guarantee and what guarantee do you accept? A guarantee is a financial assurance. In case you do not come, although you confirmed your booking and did not cancel the booking before the deadline, then we use your guarantee to pay for the first night. As a guarantee we accept credit cards or you can pay a deposit to our account.

How soon after booking do I have to make the guarantee? After you make your booking online, you'll receive a confirmation of your hotel, and an option deadline on the reservation. If you are happy with your offer, you can go ahead and pay your deposit during this time to confirm your booking.
How much deposit do I have to pay? To confirm your reservation, you have to make a guarantee by credit card or bank transfer that is usually the equivalent to one nights stay.
How to cancel my reservation? Please make your cancellation via email or fax and we send you a confirmation back. It's necessary to make the cancellation one week before your arrival!!!
What happens if we cancel after paying our deposit? If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, the full cost (decreased by the transfer fee that depends on the bank) of your holiday is returned to your bank account.
What credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
When will you charge my credit card? Your credit card details are only used if you fail to show up without prior cancellation.
Is there another way to pay for the hotel room? Yes, you can use the bank transfer to our account.
Can I book just activities with you? Yes, you can book activities with us even if you booked all other arrangements through another travel agent. In this case though, the prices of the activities are the same.
Are the activities at fixed times? It depends. Some activities are at fixed time; some can be at anytime that suit you. When you book the activities, we will ask you to let us know when you'd like to do each activity – and we'll fix it up as close as we can!

Do you arrange transport from the airport? Yes, we can arrange 24hrs non-stop transport. If there is a need, we can also arrange the same service from the train and bus stations (prices depends on the location).
What about holiday insurance? All EU citizens are covered for free basic health care in the Czech Republic. However we recommend making travel health insurance, too.
Where can I find out about Passport and Visa requirements? Most tourists do not need a VISA to visit the Czech Republic, and after 1 May 2004 it is part of the European Union and subject to the same rules as other EU countries. However, there are rules about the validity of your passport, especially the length of time that it is still valid.
